DYI Flyers for Flash Drive

Each 8 1/2 X 11 portrait page is $25. Your page can include logos, images, text and hyperlinks. Be sure to follow our guidelines below to ensure that your ad is of the highest quality for the audience you are trying to reach. 

  • Submit your ad in an electronic Word, Publisher or PDF format by email to tara.stone@mst.edu. Paper copies will not be accepted. 
  • Format your ad to the standard 8 1/2 x 11in (portrait orientation)
  • Include logos, images, text and hyperlinks
  • Follow the university's writing guidelines
  • Use clear, high quality images in your flyer
  • Exclude video on the flyer due to limited memory space, but instead please include a hyperlink to the video

Custom Design Flyers for Flash Drive

This year, we've added a new custom design option. For $75, we will design your flyer and provide 2 additional edits. For each edit that follows, there will be an additional $10 charge. If you are interested in this option, please fill out the request form. 

Deadline

All flyers must be submitted and paid for by June 6, 2016. Please make checks payable to Missouri S&T. To submit your payment by mail, please mail to:
