Transfer Advising & Registration
Transfer Advising & Registration is designed to make it simple for new Missouri S&T transfer students to get their first S&T semester off to a great start. At Transfer A&R, you will meet with an advisor from your academic department, register for your classes, learn about financial aid and anything else you need to do prepare to attend S&T. At the conclusion of the day and advising, you will be registered for your first semester of classes at Missouri S&T.

Sign up for Transfer Advising & Registration by clicking the button below and completing the required checklist items from your status page. Registration requires a non-refundable enrollment fee payment. Dates are available for both in-person and virtual experiences.
TRANSFER STUDENTS STARTING SPRING 2025
Available Transfer Advising & Registration dates for Spring 2025 transfer students are:
- IN-PERSON OPTIONS (ON-CAMPUS IN ROLLA, MO)
- All sessions are 9am-12pm with an optional campus tour after.
- Saturday, November 9th, 2024
- Friday, January 17th, 2025
TRANSFER STUDENTS STARTING FALL 2025
Available Transfer Advising & Registration dates for Fall 2025 transfers are:
- IN-PERSON OPTIONS (ON-CAMPUS IN ROLLA, MO)
- All sessions are 9am-12pm with an optional campus tour after.
- Wednesday, February 26
- Thursday, April 3rd
- Friday, May 30th
- Saturday, August 16h (FTC and TRE)
- Virtual Options Via Zoom
- Week of April 14th
- Week of May 12th
- Week of July 21st
After you complete the steps to register for Transfer Advising & Registration, we will email you an agenda with details.
Transfer Advising & Registration Information
On your Advising & Registration Day, there will be an Information Session with presentations from Admissions, Student Financial Assistance, and the Cashier's Office. Staff from Residential Life and Registrar's will also be available to answer your questions.
You will be notified if you are required to complete online Math Placement Exams in preparation of your A&R.
Virtual Advising & Registration: An agenda and Zoom link will be emailed to you for the information sessions. Academic advising and registration will be scheduled with your advisor separately from the A&R info session.
In-Person Advising & Registration: An agenda and more details will be emailed to you. You will meet with your advisor while you are on-campus to get registered for your first semester of courses.
