Transfer Advising Day is designed to make it simple for new Missouri S&T transfer students to get their first S&T semester off to a great start. At Advising Day, you will meet with an advisor from your academic department, register for your classes, learn about financial aid and anything else you need to do prepare to attend S&T. At the conclusion of the day and advising, you will be registered for your first semester of classes at Missouri S&T.
Sign up for Transfer Advising Day by clicking the button below and completing the required checklist items from your status page. Registration requires a $50 enrollment fee payment. This fee includes a non-refundable processing fee of $25. Cancellations made with at least a 5-business day notice prior to your Transfer Advising date will receive a refund of $25. Dates are available for both in-person and virtual experiences.

On your Advising Day, there will be an Information Session with presentations from Admissions, Student Financial Assistance, and the Cashier's Office. Staff from Residential Life and Registrar's will also be available to answer your questions.
You will be notified if you are required to complete online Math Placement Exams in preparation of your Advising Day.
Virtual Advising Day: An agenda and Zoom link will be emailed to you for the information sessions. Academic advising and registration will be scheduled with your advisor separately from the Advising Day info session.
In-Person Advising Day: An agenda and more details will be emailed to you. You will meet with your advisor while you are on-campus to get registered for your first semester of courses.
